Check User Licences

You can see the number of storm user licences that are currently available in your deployment and the number of licences that are being consumed.

Procedure

  1. Open the Configuration panel by clicking the  button in the top right of the CONDUCTOR window.

If  is not visible, switch to View mode or click .

  1. Select Settings and then enable the View Licences control.

The columns have the following meanings:

Column

Description

Type

The type of storm user.

Remaining

The number of remaining licences of each type in your deployment. Creating a user consumes both a 'UC User' and 'CONTACT Agent' licence.

Total

The total number of available user licences of each type in your deployment.
